It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Rhinotrax Construction (RTC) as a general contractor. I had the pleasure of working with Brad Hicks, RTC project manager, on the renovation and expansion of the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Dispatch Operations Control Center and Warehouse Mezzanine expansion in 2012. I recommend RTC highly and without reservation.

Throughout the course of the renovation, Mr. Hicks and other RTC employees were consummate professionals while working with the design team and meeting the overall needs of RTD. The job was done with care and dedication to detail. RTC worked with the difficult constraints of a 24-hour per day, 7-days a week operation. Mr. Hicks was excellent at meeting his commitments and schedules.

Phasing of the project was vital and RTC worked extremely well through coordination with RTD personnel and the design team in meeting these constraints. While remodeling a 24/7 operation facility is inherently stressful on the dispatch operators, RTC was always considerate to them and the work environment around them. Keeping construction noise and debris to a minimum was imperative for the successful operation of this facility.

In closing, RTD is very pleased with the final product which Mr. Hicks was instrumental in delivering, and I am extremely impressed with Rhinotrax Construction as a general contractor.
